1) I need a life. Thank god I took leave this month.2) How do you learn when you are busy? If your mind is jammed with the results of your patients, you don't have space to ask what are the symptoms of meliodosis.
3) Work is never finished.
4) How can you evenly distribute work, making everybody happy?
5) Gosh, who's going to cover me when I go on leave?
6) I'm down with a sore throat, must be because of that old lady coughing in my face while I was trying to set a plug on her for 1 hour during my nightcall.
7) World cup is coming up! Go Italy!
8) Hmm... I need a haircut.
