Practicality

This posting has been quite an experience of its own.

Not that it has been fun the whole time, although it has been mostly enjoyable; but rather that this posting has been more of a hands-on posting than academic posting.

In terms of orthopaedic knowledge, I don't think I've amassed much more knowledge than I started the posting with.

But in terms of picking up practical skills, I'll probably never forget how to do a backslab or straight leg traction ever.

Now if only I got to scrub up to do something more major...
